Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your scent selection, you can return unlit candles in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Are Goose Creek products safe for pets?
Yes, our candles are non-toxic and formulated without harmful chemicals like parabens or phthalates. However, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt completely across the top to the edges of the jar during the first burn. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before relighting.
